What detox program and or suppliments are best for plastic-related toxins?

I’ve heard that detox programs work well for heavy metals, but what adjustments can be made for removing toxins related to plastic leaching, such as from plastic food containers, cups, water stored in those 5 gallon polycarbonate bottles, other plastic water bottles, and toxins that due to being organic compounds are less likely to be treated as toxins by the body.
Or would the same programs work just as well? Has anyone got their bodies tested?

LOL. A tinfoil hat will prevent those “toxins” from harming you.

Try natural/herbal vitamin supplements when detoxifying your body. We all care about side-effects but which are most common in allopathic medicines. No body knows the amount of plastic toxin inside us. I’m recommending going for natural because these dont have side effects.

I think a basic detox would help for both metal s and plastics. detox’s don’t target certain toxins, they flush the body of all, giving the organs a rest for a while.
I would recommend a juice fast

The main toxin from plastics are called “dioxins”. In my opinion, you are right in being concerned with getting these out of your system. We all need to! Wheatgrass is touted as being able to remove dioxins as well as heavy metals. Wheatgrass is a shot-sized serving of bright green juice that tastes like a freshly mowed lawn. Not exactly appetizing but it is a wonder food as far as the nutrients and detoxifying effects. It is often served at juice bars. I’ve seen it sold in a frozen form at health food stores, but have also read from many sources that you have to drink it fresh for it to be effective. If you really get into it, you can grow wheatgrass at home and buy a wheatgrass juicer (but they are not cheap).
