“health-minded”, sounds like an oxymoron. If you were concerned with your health which entails survival wouldn’t you do the healthful thing and try to survive?

Ok, so if someone told you that you could be cured with a dose of chemo; you would rather opt out, and put a bullet to your head?

Would have to know the side effect, etc. Some thing you can’t answer so quickly!

You do what you can to survive.. after the chemo I think you can look into alternatives to help your body recover from the chemo therapy..

I would like to detox from pop. I am eating better and heading down the road of nutrition and exercising. I would be interested to hear what other ways there are to detox in a healthy way.
